1) Participation & EligibilityBy joining the Teamstar beta (the “Beta”), you agree to these Beta Terms in addition to the Terms of Service.You must be 16+ and legally able to contract. No access for users under 16.2) Pre-Release Software; No SupportBeta builds, features, and content are pre-release and may change or be removed.Teamstar Pty Ltd is not obligated to provide maintenance, technical support, or a commercial release.3) “As Is” / ExperimentalBeta is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” and may contain bugs, errors, delays, and data loss risks.To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed (merchantability, fitness, accuracy, non-infringement, performance).4) Feedback LicenseYou grant Teamstar a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use ideas, bug reports, and suggestions you submit, without obligation to you.5) Confidentiality & Limited Forum ExceptionNon-public Beta information is Confidential. You must not disclose it outside Teamstar’s designated Beta discussion spaces.Inside official Teamstar Beta forums/channels for your cohort, you may discuss Beta info only with fellow participants in that same cohort.6) Third-Party ComponentsBeta may include or interoperate with third-party software subject to their licenses. Those terms govern your use of those components.7) Risk Allocation; Liability CapYou accept all risks and costs arising from installation/use of Beta (including backups, device/peripheral impacts, data loss).Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.Aggregate liability cap: AUD $0.00 for Beta participation, except where non-excludable by law (e.g., personal injury).8) IP Indemnity (Limited)Teamstar warrants it can license the Beta to you.Teamstar will defend claims that the unmodified Beta as supplied infringes third-party copyright, if you: (i) notify within a reasonable time; (ii) provide reasonable assistance; (iii) allow Teamstar control of defense; and (iv) are not using Beta with unapproved combinations.Teamstar may modify, replace, or suspend Beta to resolve a claim.9) Termination; Return/DestructionYou or Teamstar may terminate Beta access at any time.On termination, stop using Beta and delete/return confidential materials. If some components cannot be purged, you must continue to treat them as Confidential.10) Export ComplianceYou will not export/re-export Beta or related materials in violation of applicable export laws/sanctions.

We may update Terms; continued use = acceptance of changes. Material changes will be notified in-app/email when feasible.3) Eligibility; AccountYou must be 16+. No use by children under 16.Keep your credentials confidential and accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your account.4) Acceptable UseDo not: (a) break laws; (b) infringe IP/privacy; (c) post malware, spam, or harmful content; (d) attempt to bypass security; (e) reverse-engineer except where permitted by law; (f) resell or sublicense the Service without written consent.5) Content & LicensesYour Content. You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Teamstar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works solely to provide and improve the Service (e.g., moderation, analytics, backups, feature development).Feedback. Governed by the Feedback License in Beta Terms (if you’re in Beta) or the same license generally.6) Third-Party ServicesIntegrations (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Firebase, analytics, communications) are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.7) PrivacyOur Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use/share it. By using the Service, you consent to processing as described there.8) Subscription & TrialsIf plans or paid features are offered: fees, taxes, billing cycles, cancellations, and refunds are described at checkout or plan pages. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future periods.9) Availability & ChangesWe may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service, with or without notice. We strive to minimize disruption.10) DisclaimersService provided “AS IS/AS AVAILABLE.” No warranties (express or implied) except where not permitted to be excluded by law.11) Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law: no indirect/special/consequential damages; our total aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period is the greater of AUD $100 or the amounts you paid to Teamstar for the Service in that period. Nothing limits liability for losses that cannot be limited by law.12) IndemnityYou will indemnify Teamstar against claims arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the Service.13) Term & TerminationYou may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend/terminate for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to access ceases; certain sections survive (IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law, Privacy, Indemnity).14) Governing Law; VenueThese Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protections, those rights are not waived.15) GeneralNo assignment by you without consent. We may assign as part of a reorganization, merger, or asset transfer. If a term is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. No waiver unless in writing.

We don’t sell personal data in the common sense; for California we do not “sell” data as defined by CPRA, nor “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you opt-in where required.6) International transfersWe operate globally and may transfer data to countries with different laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and assess local laws.7) RetentionWe keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with law, and to resolve disputes.
